Activity Launch

Terms of Use

Last updated 5 November 2026. By using Zpad you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Zpad is

Zpad is a tool for launching a coin on pump.fun's bonding curve, paired with ZEC. You choose a name, ticker, image, address and creator fee, you pay, and Zpad creates the coin for you. Zpad also shows activity and coin pages. There are no accounts.

Zpad is an independent service. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Zcash, Solana, pump.fun, NEAR or any wallet, exchange or other service named on this site.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and the law where you live must allow you to use Zpad. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax and reporting rules. Do not use Zpad if you are on a sanctions list or if it is illegal for you.

4. Fees

The launch fee is shown in the receipt before you pay. You choose a creator fee from 0% to 3%, charged on every trade of your coin. Unless you choose "Holders earn", Zpad keeps 10% of that fee and you receive 90%. Traders also pay pump.fun's own trading fee and network costs. Anonymous payouts also pay a small bridge fee. We may change our fees for future launches, and the receipt always shows what applies to your order.

5. Refunds

If a launch fails after you pay, or a payment arrives late or for the wrong amount, we refund what is left to the address you entered, minus network costs already spent and, for anonymous refunds, bridge fees. Amounts too small to send may need to be handled by hand. We do not refund completed launches, and we are not responsible for how a coin trades or for any losses from it.

6. Content rules

Do not launch a coin, or use an image or name, that:

We may hide, delist or refuse any coin or order on Zpad at our discretion, and we may block access that looks like abuse. We cannot remove a coin from the blockchain or from pump.fun, so hiding it on Zpad does not remove it elsewhere.

7. Risks

Coins launched here are high risk and can lose all their value. Prices can swing quickly, and trading may stop or become impossible. Zpad depends on services we do not control, including the Solana network, pump.fun (which decides which coins can be paired with ZEC and may change that at any time), the NEAR Intents bridge and price data providers. If any of them fails, changes or stops, your launch or your coin may be affected. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

8. No advice

Nothing on Zpad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or a promise of profit. Do your own research.

9. Third-party services

Zpad links to and relies on third parties, for example pump.fun, block explorers and GeckoTerminal charts. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Availability and changes

We try to keep Zpad running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may pause, limit or change any part of it, including rate limits and caps on first buys, at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using Zpad after a change means you accept it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Zpad will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost coins or loss of value of any coin, or for anything caused by third-party services, blockchain activity, your mistakes or other people's actions. Our total liability for any claim about a launch is limited to the fees you paid us for that launch. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
