Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. Zpad is built to need as little information as possible. This page says what we handle and why.
The short version
- No accounts, no email, no phone number, no name.
- No advertising, no analytics trackers and no cookies.
- We do not save your IP address with your order.
- Blockchains are public and permanent. Anything that goes on-chain can be seen by anyone and cannot be deleted.
What we collect when you launch
When you start a launch we store what is needed to create your coin and to pay, refund or credit you:
- the coin's name, ticker and image, your creator fee choice and whether the fee goes to you or to holders;
- the address you entered (a Solana wallet for public launches, a Zcash address for anonymous ones), which is where fees, first-buy coins and refunds go;
- your first-buy amount, the payment details for the order (deposit address, amounts, times, status) and the transaction ids that result;
- for anonymous launches, a private manage link, which lets you see your earnings page. Anyone who has that link can see that page, so keep it to yourself.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any identity document.
Technical information
Your IP address is used briefly to limit how quickly launches and requests can be made, to prevent abuse. It is not stored with your order. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, as most hosts do.
On your device
Zpad does not use cookies. It saves your current order in your browser's local storage (the order id, your private manage link if you have one, and the time) so a reload or a closed tab brings your payment screen back. This stays on your device. It is cleared when you press "Launch another", and it expires after 7 days. You can also clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. On a shared computer, clear it before you leave.
What is public
Coin pages and the activity dashboard are public by design: they show each coin's name, ticker, image, creator fee, mode (public or anonymous), market numbers and age. Coin images are served publicly. On-chain data, such as the coin, its trades and fee payments, is visible to everyone. For anonymous launches each launch uses a new one-time wallet, so the coin's on-chain creator is not your own wallet, but we cannot promise anonymity: blockchain analysis, bridges and your own habits can still link activity. Do not reuse addresses you want kept separate.
Who we share information with
- Payment and bridge service (NEAR Intents). To take your payment and to send refunds and payouts, we share the amounts and the addresses involved with this service.
- Blockchains and pump.fun. Creating and trading your coin happens on the Solana network and the pump.fun program, so those details are public.
- Price data. We fetch ZEC and SOL prices on our servers, so your browser does not contact those providers.
- GeckoTerminal charts. A coin page can show a full chart from GeckoTerminal, but only if you press "Full chart". Then your browser contacts GeckoTerminal directly, and its privacy policy applies.
- Our operators. Alerts about orders that need attention may be sent to the people who run Zpad through a private messaging channel. They can include order details such as ids, status and amounts.
- When the law requires. We may share information if we are legally required to, or to protect Zpad and others from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the service, finish payments, refunds and payouts, deal with problems and meet legal duties. We then delete or anonymise what we can. Information on a blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your choices
Because we hold no account or identity data, we cannot look you up, and nothing we keep is tied to your name or email. You can clear what Zpad saved on your device at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Your private manage link is yours to keep or discard, and anyone who has it can see that page. Information on a blockchain cannot be changed or removed by anyone, including us, and we keep order records only as described above.
Security
Payments go to a one-time wallet made for your launch, and we take care to protect keys and records. No system is perfectly secure, and sending funds is at your own risk, as explained in the Terms of Use.
Children
Zpad is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
